Step 2:  CO-OP Members ONLY complete the following:

      *2023-2024 Ministry Application Click HERE

Step 3: To complete your FaithWorks membership registration process, you must submit the appropriate payment ($40 social membership, $200 family registration fee for weekly co-op)
